I am sitting here with cinderblock belly again. And it is waaaay low too. Like resting on my upper legs low. Sick.

Mike lovingly told me today that I am going to have to do something about myself once this kid is born. Thank you dear.

Mike freaked out on Thursday night that we should install tile rather than the vinyl tile squares we bought 550 square feet of already. So we ran off to the tile store on Friday, picked out a fabulous tile that we would need to come back to buy Saturday in the truck.

Then, last night, he freaked out again, 86ing the tile, and saying we have to put in laminate flooring.

So, this morning we made plans to visit Lumber Liquidators. Of course, he then changed his mind and decided we should put in vinyl floor.

I made him go look.

We didnt like anything in our price range at lumber liquidators however, once the kids move out, there is some $8.99/square foot real hardwood floor I am dying to have. I hope in 18 years we can afford that? :/

Anyway, we went down the way and found the jackpot of laminate flooring. There were so many fabulous ones, I couldnt decide which one was more fabulous. We bought it.

Even though it is a few cents a square foot more than the vinyl, we figure we break even at least because we dont need to lay down subfloor, buy glue, ect.

Plus it seems more durable. And looks better.

I also ordered the kids blinds today. Blinds.com was the way to go! They were about $20.00 cheaper/blind, and they cut them to size, where as Home Depot sells generic lenghts you have to cut yourself.

Like Mike needs anymore to add to his to do list.

So, flooring will begin tomorrow, a day ahead of schedule.

All the electrical is being installed right now and Rich will be down tomorrow to finish the ductwork and vents.

We are getting SO close..........
