36 Weeks - 3 Weeks, 1 Day till C-section

What a week.

Last Saturday morning, M and I were talking about how we should go camping with the kids while they are off track (starting last weekend and for the next 3 weeks..) and before the baby gets here.

Well, how we roll, all of the sudden, last Saturday, M and Je are off to Temecula to pick up the trailer, Ja and I are at the store buying groceries, then rushing off to a soccer game, then to J & D's for dinner, sleeping, getting up early Sunday, packing the trailer, and off camping for 1 week.

We went to Canyon RV Park, which is the scary seeming one off the 91 and 241 interchange. Scary mostly because who goes camping off the 91 freeway?

Well, we had heard good things from J & D who had never been there themselves, but knew some who had, so we thought, how can we go wrong with a 15 minute drive?

It was actually awesome. Our site seemed like it was a full acre, which we need for the masses. The trailer was parked on gravel (yay for no dirt!!!!!!!!!!!) and we were surrounded by grass and trees.

Love.

However, not love sleeping in the camping trailer at 36 weeks pregnant. In fact, not love camping at all. I can't walk, I can't sit comfortably, I don't want to move...etc. And dont get me started on going to bed at night feeling like I smoked 16 cartons of cigarettes from sitting by the campfire. But, I made it.

The J's were with us Sunday till Wednesday and then were off with their mother, so it was M, B and I for the rest of our anniversary week.

Our 3rd anniversary was Wednesday and there was really nothing exciting to speak of. But what would I expect. I am married to M and pregnant. What is supposed to happen?

None of us had the stomach flu, which is how we ALL spent last anniversary so I was thankful for that.

Anyway, we are home now, and I can't wait to sleep in my own bed.

I have a Dr. appt. on Tuesday so we will see how things are going with little X.

As far as a pregnancy update, I am still over it.

Oh and Thursday marked the point in my last pregnancy where I had my emergency C-section, so I am now in un-charted territory. It is hard to believe that I am carrying around right now, what I brought home from the hospital. No wonder I am so over it! :)

And the new thing I have going on is I can feel actually body parts jutting out. I am super squeamish so this sort of bothers me. Everything will be going fine then I will touch my stomach and feel an elbow. Gross. And then it will move real quick.
