This is day 5 of no sleep.
I go to bed just fine. I am hardcore asleep. Then at about 10:30/11 pm I wake up. Wide awake. almost like it is morning and I have slept for 8 hours. But then I can't go back to sleep.
I am a mess.
I just spent to much time googling this issue, and apparently it is normal, and they dont offer any advice.
I hope this is a fluke, because I have become pretty useless during the day.
